A great week was enjoyed by all but it's all over now.

The next two events will take place in the Italian Dolomites January 11 2020 and Nozawa Onsen Japan, February 29, 2020

The 2019 conference will head to Sun Peaks Resort, Canada. Starting Saturday January 12th and running over the typical ski conference 7 day format.

Sun Peaks is Canada's second largest ski resort. With consistently better quality snow, less crowds and a higher percentage of nice weather days than the over-popular Whistler area, it's a great choice.

The venue is the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre. With freshly renovated rooms for 2019 and a perfect central ski-in ski-out location it covers my strict criteria for the conference. Sun Peaks is a quick transfer from Kamloops airport. If you're organising an international flight include a domestic leg to Kamloops and we can look after the rest closer to the event. Another close airport option is Kelowna.

Package options are now sorted. If you can drop an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your wish list I'll get you a customised quote.

The logistics of organising these events and holding accommodation space means that except in exceptional situations registration will only be offered as part of the accommodation packages.

One fun thing I’ve locked in for the group is the mountain fondue restaurant night. After the resort closes we will take a chair up the mountain and have a conference only dinner/entertainment event there. After it’s finished we ski down a freshly groomed run with headlamps to the village, should be a lot of fun. I’m negotiating an extended opening for this too. I may need to restrict numbers here so it’s first in first reserved. There will be limited transport down for anyone who can’t ski/ride back. You can find details of this here: Fondue night
And a youtube video of it here: Fondue night video. It has the makings of another memorable ski conference night [there have been a few over the last 12 years].
The formal presentations will follow the usual programming for these events running for 3 hours on four of the conference days, 4pm till 7pm. There will be a variety of topics and first class speakers. Click here for the speakers list

Block off those appointment books and book your holidays! This should be a good one.............
